Hey, I'm Sal.

Marsallis Faircloth (he/him). Dad, husband, co-founder, software engineer, financial professional, creator and author.

The short version

I'm Marsallis Faircloth, but most people call me Sal. I'm a husband and a dad of four in Kingston, NY. My wife and I run a family business, I write software for a living, I help families protect what they're building, and I make videos and books that teach beginners what I've learned along the way.

It sounds like a lot of hats. To me it's one game plan: build things that work, protect the people you love, and keep growing. That's what Sal Talks Life is about.

Why "Sal Talks Life"?

I'm a blessed and busy dad who likes to talk about life and teach people cool stuff. I like explaining technical and money topics in plain English, tracking problems down to the root cause and writing down the fix so the next person doesn't have to struggle. This site is where all of that lives.
